The long weekend might be about to take a turn.
Both the Weather Network and the Government of Canada are forecasting the chance of a severe storm today.
They are asking residents to remember to stay safe in the event lightning does start to strike.
Tomorrow’s forecast is currently calling for a 49% chance of rain at 18 degrees.
