Area restriction around Bearhole Lake in effect

The BC Wildfire Service is has placed an Area Restriction Order, now in effect, over Bearhole Lake and the surrounding area to deal with a wildfire.

They say failure to comply will result in a $1,150 fine

Bearhole lake is 30km southeast of Tumbler Ridge.

This order will remain in place until the end of the month, or until the restriction is otherwise lifted.
