MoneySense Magazine has ranked Prince George the 163rd out of 209 for the best places to live in Canada.
The magazine compared income, crime, population growth and other values amongst Canadian cities.
Prince George scored well for low property taxes and also saw improvement for a decreasing crime rate. Despite that, PG fell 15 spots from last years ranking.
According to the rankings, Prince George has an average household net worth of $266,058 and median household income of $78,039.
The top BC community was North Vancouver in 9th while Fort St John led the north in 47th.
