A new survey commissioned by Royal LePage says 25% of millennials in Canada believe they will never own a home.
More than 2-thousand Canadians between 26 and 41 were polled.
The survey also suggests 68% of millennials who don’t own a home say one is important to them.
This number goes higher in major cities, up to as high as 79% in those surveyed in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal.
The sky-high cost of housing has dropped over the last few months as the central bank increases interest rates.
