The Spruce Kings have made a major step towards being ready for puck drop.
Andrew Shaw has been named the newest member of the team as an associate coach.
He will be replacing Lukas Lomicky who accepted a position with the Vernon Vipers this offseason.

For the last three seasons, Shaw was an assistant coach with the Chilliwack Chiefs.
