Health Canada has greenlit Moderna’s Covid-19 vaccine for use by children
between six months and five years old.
Officials say the doses will be one quarter the size of those used for adults, given four weeks apart.
This makes Moderna’s vaccine the first vaccine approved for that age group
in Canada, with Pfizer’s shot approved for kids five and older.
