The number of people admitted to hospitals with COVID-19 is down in both Northern Health and the province this week.
BC Health Officials report 15 people were admitted to hospitals between May 1st and 7th. There were 20 between April 24th and 30th.
Provincially, 331 people were admitted to hospitals with the virus between May 1st and 7th.
During that time, 59 people in the province lost their lives to the virus, including three in Northern Health.
