The doubling of overtime banks was also ratified, and numerous other housekeeping and minor language clarifications were added.
Wages however, will be following their current mandate of 5.5% over five years, instead of a 1% increase on July the 1st. While in addition employees will be receiving a 0.2% percent increase instead.
