What’s being called a “special announcement” will be made by the Vancouver Canucks, Prince George Cougars and City of Prince George on Wednesday.
Canucks president of hockey operations, Trevor Linden, will be joined by Cougars staff, Prince George Mayor Lyn Hall, and Lheidli T’enneh Chief Dominic Frederick for a news conference at CN Centre at 10:30 a.m.
Speculation on social media is that Canucks will hold their September training camp in Prince George at CN Centre.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the announcement.
