The BC Summer Games will be be celebrating 100 days until the July event in Prince George.
A torch lighting event will take place at the Canada Games Plaza next Wednesday (April 13th) from 6 PM to 7 PM.
“This free community festivity will ignite the spirit of the Games with music and entertainment. We hope everyone will be able to join us as we celebrate the spirit that lives here and be a part of our Games,” said BC Summer Games President Renee McCloskey.
“We are thrilled to invite the community to celebrate 100 days until Prince George welcomes BC’s best and brightest young athletes for the 2022 BC Summer Games.”
The torchbearer will be former Games athlete Cody Bailey.
