Two Northern BC residents have been chosen as UNBC’s Valedictorians for the Class of 2015.
Kitimat’s Linda Horianopolous and Quensel’s Stephen Bennett have been chosen to represent this year’s graduates.
Horianopolous, who took Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, says the community was what made going to UNBC memorable.
“I would say that all of the people that I met while I was at UNBC,” says Horianopolous, “and that branches from clubs to fellow classmates, professors and even just the staff around the university, you really get to know them.”
Both Horianopolous and Bennett will make speeches during convocation ceremonies being held later this month.
