One of Prince George’s premier parks opens up this weekend.
Starting Saturday Huble Homestead will be open every day until Labour Day Monday
Operations Manager Krystal Leason says on Sunday and Monday, they will be holding their Spring on the Homestead event.
“So we’re going to have a lot of demonstrations going on,” says Leason, “our blacksmith will be in the shop, you can help us make butter and ice cream, the fibre arts guild will be out on Monday and they talk to you about spinning and weaving and all natural fibres.”
Leason says Huble Homestead is open ten am to five pm daily.
The homestead is located 40 kilometres North of PG along Highway 97.
