The BC Supreme Court denied the City of Prince George’s application for an injunction to allow the Lower Patricia Boulevard tent city encampment to be removed.
This is the second time an injunction against the camp has been denied, with the first denial occurring in October.
A statement was put out by the City, calling the encampment unhealthy and unsafe.
The City also said they wouldn’t be providing any other comment, and that they’ll be working with BC Housing and other service providers.
The injunction back in October saw the George Street encampment removed by October 29th.
