A popular spring event in Prince George isn’t taking place.
The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of Northern BC announced the cancellation of the Northern BC Home & Garden Show today (Wednesday).
The 2022 edition of the show was scheduled for April 22-24 at Exhibition Park.
“We have a new Green Homes & Energy component as well as programming and events to build on the national Year of the Garden celebrations planned for the April show,” said Executive Director Terri McConnachie.
“We are incredibly disappointed and the cancellation of three annual shows is a heavy burden to our association’s bottom line and a financial hit for vendors. We are, however, a resilient group and understand that things are still fluid. We will announce dates for the next show, shortly, and treasure the support of our community”.
