Prince George housing starts have seen tremendous growth for the first four months of 2015.

“In terms of growth both the Province and Prince George have seen growth after the first four months of the year (compared to 2014), with Prince George showing growth of 170% versus 20% for the Province”

Teakles says Prince George saw a total of 73 housing starts in the first four months of 2015.

In terms of composition, Teakles says 18 new single family homes and 18 new multi-family homes went up in the month of April alone.
