Northern Health says they are working to double the capacity for COVID-19 vaccinations in Prince George by adding additional clinic days each week.
However, between Friday, January 7th, and 9:00 am on Tuesday, January 11th, appointments between January 12th and 29th will not be available to book in the Get Vaccinated system.
According to Northern Health, the booking pause is required as the additional appointment capacity is added to the system. No previously scheduled appointments will be impacted.
As of the week of January 17th, vaccine clinics will be able to administer 1,000 doses per day.
