Warmer than normal conditions were the trend for April weather wise.
Meteorologist Andre Besson says it was slightly warmer than normal.
“On average the temperature was 5.3 degrees for the month of April,” says Besson, “and normally we would get 5.0 for the month of April, so just above normal.”
Besson says the same can be said for precipitation.
There was about 34.4 millimetres of precipitation.
He says they expect the warmer than normal conditions to continue for May and into the summer.
