This month’s safe driving campaign sees police going above their usual efforts to keep an eye on the roads.
Sargent Al Steinhauser says the RCMP are teaming with the province’s police services to target high-risk offenders.
He adds intersections and speeding will also be monitored.
Traffic services say there are an average of 550 casualties on North Central BC roads each year due to high risk driving.
