4-H club members in Prince George will be covered in green tomorrow (Wednesday) in support of Show Your Colours Day across Canada.
BC Ambassador, Jocelyn Kerr told MyPGNow.com the organization is more than just farming.
“The lifelong relationships and connections with my leaders and fellow 4-H members and even the general public have really built my skills up. So, I have really developed dedication, leadership skills, and public speaking.”
“Travel opportunities, the scholarships, and high school credit chances are endless. I graduate in May and the scholarships are endless with 4-H and this is a great part that gives you the opportunity to further your education.”
The youth organization has over 100 members in Prince George.
November is 4-H month nationwide.
