The Prince George area is one of several regions in BC impacted by wildfire smoke.
Environment Canada issued a Smoky Skies Bulletin today (Tuesday) as smoke from Cutoff Creek and Chilako fires may impact areas over the next 24 hours.
The next bulletin update will be available tomorrow (Wednesday).
Individuals may experience symptoms such as increased coughing, throat irritation, headaches, or shortness of breath.
Children, seniors, and those with cardiovascular or lung disease, such as asthma, are especially at risk.
