CNC hosts “Living Library”

The College of New Caledonia hosts a “living library” Thursday afternoon.

This is where people of diverse cultural, racial, and social backgrounds offer 15 minutes of their time to be quote “checked out” to talk to you about their lives.

Organizer Romana Pasca, International Project Planner at CNC with the Diversity Living Library says these people range from those who lived through homelessness, addiction, aboriginal elders, and gen-x feminists.

“They are going to share their experiences, their struggles, we hope it will be a very motivational type of conversation ,” she says.

The living library runs from 12 to 2 pm at CNC’s Gathering Place.
