Northern Health says a COVID-19 outbreak at the Dawson Creek & District Hospital has reached 12 cases.
The outbreak, declared February 8 on the medical inpatient unit, now involves nine patients and three staff members.
One patient has died as a result.
Additional monitoring is underway as the outbreak continues.
