B.C. Transit’s Food for Fare returns with physical distancing in mind

B.C. Transit and the City of Prince George are announcing the return of Food for Fare in the Prince George Transit System, from Wednesday to Friday (December 16 -18).

Food for Fare allows customers to ride the bus for free in exchange for any non-perishable food donation made when boarding the bus.

Donations from Food for Fare will go to the Salvation Army Food Bank.

Masks remain mandatory onboard busses, and physical distancing is required.

Donations will also be in a designated spot on each bus.
