CrossRoads Brewing & Distillery is announcing a temporary closure of indoor and outdoor dining effective tomorrow (Monday).
The restaurant will continue to offer home delivery and takeout services from 12 pm – 9 pm.
“Prince George and Northern BC have seen increasing numbers over the past several weeks. Northern BC now has the highest per capita rate of Covid-19 positive infections in the province. UHNBC, our regional hospital, is becoming overwhelmed with an ICU that is operating at capacity, the hospital has an inpatient population consistently over 100% of available beds,” said Owner and Doctor Daryl Leiski in a release.
“As a physician working within our community, I feel that we need to do what we can to help in any way possible. As the owner of CrossRoads, I feel that it is my responsibility to protect our community, my staff at CrossRoads, Â my friends and colleagues at UHNBC, and those that have and continue to support us,” Leiski added.
