A small private aircraft had a runway excursion and ended up upside down this morning (Wednesday) at the Prince George Airport.
When the airport’s Emergency Response took the call, the two occupants had already removed themselves from the plane.
Fire training has been postponed as a result of the incident.
Just before 9:00am, a small aircraft had a runway excursion off of runway 01-19. The PGAA Emergency Response Team attended the scene where a small private aircraft was upside down. Upon arrival, the two occupants had removed themselves from the plane. #cityofpg 1/2

Both were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
