The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George is making some slight changes to its Evacuation Order for the Mountain View Road area near McBride.
A further assessment has determined the imminent risk has diminished in some areas.
Evacuation Order Rescinded for the following property:

Evacuation Order downgraded to an alert for four properties
- 3089 Mountain Ash Road

Residents should be prepared in the event that an evacuation is required by:Â
- moving equipment and farm implements to higher groundÂ
- making arrangement for pets and livestock to be moved to safe locationsÂ
- gathering important papers in water-tight containers and move valuables to alternate locationsÂ
- preparing a 72-hour emergency kit, including medicationsÂ
