One lucky Prince George resident has won a house fit for a king.
Raylene Lupul is the winner of the grand prize in the Spruce Kings Show Home draw: a brand-new 3,135 square foot house.
As predicted, her reaction after the big score was priceless.
“No way, oh my god, are you serious? Oh my god, that’s awesome, holy smokes.”
Show Home Marketing Manager, Katie McCutcheon told MyPGNow.com it’s nice to see the seven-month process conclude with a lucky winner.
“It is a year-long process, there is a whole team involved and to finally gift this house to the winner is an exciting day for the organization.”
She adds it was nice to pick the lucky winner and sell out once again.
“Prince George really knows how to come together and support a fundraiser from day one and then at the final hour when we needed to sell the final tickets.”
The house comes fully furnished, including appliances, and has a 678 square foot garage.
In total, the grand prize is worth over $730,000.
11,000 tickets were available for purchase and sold out before the draw.
