The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George (RDFFG) has announced that the landfills and transfer stations still operating under winter hours will be shifting to summer hours tomorrow (Friday).
Among the sites changing operating hours: the Quinn Street Recycle Depot and Transfer Station, and the transfer stations in Bear Lake, Valemount, McBride and Mackenzie.
As always, the public is urged to reduce unnecessary trips to the landfill, exercise patience for longer-than-average wait times, and practice physical distancing at all RDFFG facilities.
