As the latest in an ever-growing list of COVID-19-related cancellations, Pacific Western Brewing and the Nechako Rotary Club have nixed their Ribfest event.
“It is not a decision that was made lightly,” explained Nechako Rotary President Rachelle Delorey.
“Despite the landscape ahead being not totally clear, what we do understand is that even in a best-case scenario, it still may not be advisable to host events with gatherings of larger than 50 people come Father’s Day weekend,” she continued.
The event was scheduled for June 19th-21st.
