Amber light tribute for healthcare workers planned by Yellowhead Road and Bridge

Yellowhead Road and Bridge (Fort George and Vanderhoof) is pairing up with the BC Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association to hold an Amber Light Tribute for healthcare workers dealing with COVID-19.

The tribute, involving yellow light vehicles like tow trucks, is scheduled for tonight (Wednesday) at 7:00.

Participants are encouraged to meet at the CN Centre in Prince George at 6:30 and at the YRB parking lot in Vanderhoof at 6:50 this evening.

The idea is for highway maintenance, construction, and other essential service workers to show their gratitude while they remain steadfast and on the job.
