Prince George Fire Crews from three fire halls responded to a structure fire in the 1300 block of Carney Street at 3:19 am today (Monday).
On arrival crews found flames coming from the front of the duplex, however, the fire was quickly extinguished.
There were three occupants in the units, all got out safely.
Damage is estimated to be around $125,000.
There were no injuries to the fire crews on the scene and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
