YXS makes changes amid coronavirus pandemic

The Prince George Airport Authority (PGAA) is outlining some operational changes as the COVID-19 situation evolves.

“We are starting to see flight cancellations in and out of PG as people are self-isolating under the recommendation of Public Health,” said President and CEO of the Prince
George Airport Authority Gordon Duke.

“We continue to monitor the situation closely and keep in contact with our airline partners in regards to schedule changes.”

Canadian airlines are making significant reductions and, in some cases, have eliminated
international and transborder flying.

The last Puerto Vallarta flight for the winter season is taking place on Sunday.

All passengers are reminded to self-isolate for 14 days after their return from
travel outside of Canada.

Passengers flying in and out of YXS are advised to check our website, www.pgairport.ca,
for up to date flight information.
