The City of PG is reminding everyone once again about the parking restrictions, and road closures during the Canada Winter Games.
Patricia Boulevard between City Hall and Dominion is closed to traffic in either direction, while certain areas of 9th, 10th, Brunswick and Canada Games Way will also be closed to traffic.
Fred Crittenden is the Bylaw Services Manager, and says people in town are beginning to understand the closures:
“You know it may take a little longer to find that where you would normally park is taken up by buses because there is about a block or a block and a half [that is] completely designated for buses for the athletes”
