Saskatchewan RCMP bust PG man in possession of half-kilogram of cocaine

Saskatchewan Highway Patrol caught a Prince George man far from home in a routine traffic stop on Highway 16.

On Tuesday, January 7th, officers stopped 55-year-old Karl Ericson because of a smashed windshield.

RCMP reports that upon searching his car, they discovered 526 grams of cocaine inside.

Ericson was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and is scheduled to appear in Lloydminster Provincial Court on March 24th.
