Mother Nature continues to wreak havoc in Prince George as we’re still in the middle of a deep-freeze.
Anyone wanting to hit the slopes at the Hart Ski Hill will have to wait a bit longer as they are closed due to the chilly weather.
Board Member Casey Johnson spoke with MyPGNow.com.
“The breaking point is minus twenty-five, we have hit that and we do plan for this from year-to-year because this happens in our community and this kind of weather is something we expect.”
‘We hope to open this Saturday and it looks like the weather is about to change.”
A high of -11 degrees is being predicted for Saturday.
The predicted daytime high for tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday is minus 25 and minus 23 respectively.
