Snow and ice control crews are continuing to work on clearing all Priority One routes as a Pacific weather system moves overhead.
According to City officials, all available resources and assets have been deployed as workers will continue operations during both day and night shifts.
If more than 20 centimetres of snowfall accumulates over 24 hours, the City will declare a heavy snowfall event, increasing the amount of time it may take to clear routes by an additional twenty-four hours.
The frigid temperatures predicted this weekend may impact snow removal schedules.
On-street parking continues to be prohibited between midnight and 7 A.M., as outlined in the City’s winter parking restrictions.
Up-to-date information on snow removal is available online.
