Prince George residents who rely on public transit should be aware that today (Tuesday) marks the start of the city’s holiday transit schedule.
The regular bus schedule will run until 7 P.M. On December 24th.
Sunday service will run on December 26th, “to help people go out shopping and get out in the community,” according to Lindsay Taylor, Northern Transit Government Relations Manager.
Regular service will run on December 31st until 7 P.M., after which free New Year’s Eve service will begin, which ends at 3 A.M.
Buses will not be running on December 25th and January 1st.
Regular service will resume on January 2nd.
