Two PG residents offer holiday aid to children in need

A Prince George couple, Frieda and George Krahn, made the trip to Operation Christmas Child’s warehouse in Calgary to help inspect gift-filled shoeboxes before they are sent to children in Central America and West Africa.

“We’ve filled shoeboxes for children in need since the mid-1990s,” explained George Krahn, before adding “we know children are receiving things their families could never afford,”.

Those interested in packing shoeboxes for children can find more information online.
