518 tickets to be exact, a record-setting number for the Prince George Hospice Society.
With that, $64,150.00 was the total amount raised, marking the biggest single-day ticket sale ever in the Dream Home Lottery’s history.
This year, all Dream Home tickets are entered to win the 3,800 sq. ft. Dream Home located at 4034 Brink Drive in Prince George. Only 10,999 tickets are being sold, with less than 50 per cent remaining as of today (Sept. 19). The appraised value of the home, along with all of its appliances and services, is $640,000.00.
The Dream Home Lottery is the organization’s largest fundraiser of the year, with a heavy reliance on it in order to maintain operation.
$500 worth of 50/50 tickets were also up for grabs on behalf of Vista Radio, with Faith Lloyd being the lucky winner. All 50/50 tickets are entered to win up to $150,000. According to the Dream Home Lottery’s website, only 12,000 50/50 tickets are being sold. The total 50/50 prize is up to $150,000 depending on the number of tickets sold. The 50/50 prize draw will be on October 11.
The 2019 Hospice Dream Home Draw is set for October 25.
Online tickets are available for purchase at the Dream Home Lottery’s website.
