Team BC has unveiled its new uniform selection for the 2015 Canada Winter Games.
The Provincial colours were a large influence in the making of the outfits, which communications manager for Team BC Lia Threlfall says came together very nicely:
“We wanted to choose a great uniform package as the host team for Team BC and so we have come together with something thats functional but bright and colorful and something that the athletes and coaches will be proud to wear at the games in Prince George”
Local First Nations artist Jennifer Annais Pighin was also highly involved in the project, which included the creation of a three part puzzle pin of a dug out canoe.
