As of 1:00 pm this afternoon (Monday), the Northern Capital was on a severe thunderstorm watch, however, Environment Canada ended the watch about an hour and a half later.
The updated forecast calls for a mix of sun and cloud with a 40 per cent chance of showers and risk of a thunderstorm.
A chance of showers remains in the forecast for a good majority of the week.
