Two people have died following a serious multi-vehicle accident Thursday evening.
Highway 97 is closed in both directions about 20 kilometres north of Clinton.
The RCMP have confirmed the accident involved a car and a semi-unit.
A detour is now available at Chasm Road.
An unofficial source says the highway will be closed until the coroner arrives from Vancouver
